Basic Rules

• Free Registration!
• You may participate in as many contests as you wish.
• Users must log in at www.mcontest.in via Facebook, Google, or the site login form to vote.
• Children up to 10 years of age can participate.
• One baby per user is allowed per contest. Multiple entries not allowed.
• Votes can be submitted every 10 minutes. Voting system is secure and easy.
• Contest results are public and available after the voting ends.

Voting System

• Final Votes = Contest Votes + Reward Votes
• Contest Votes: Earned by regular voting button.
• Reward Votes: Earned by playing the spin wheel game.
• Voting limit: 1 vote per person every 10 minutes.
• Max 20,000 reward votes can be added to an entry in 24 hours.
• Participant can view vote count, current rank, and nearby competitors anytime from their profile (Login → My Entry → View Rank).
• If votes are tied, priority goes to participant with more Contest Votes, then earlier join date.

Disqualification & Misconduct

• Fake, spam, or suspicious votes will result in entry deletion without notice.
• Violation of voting rules may lead to block or ban without warning.
• Organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries for misconduct or irregularities.
• Decisions by mcontest.in and organizers are final and binding.
• Rules are subject to change at any time. Participants must check the website regularly for updates.

Photo Rules

• Only one photo per child is allowed.
• Uploaded photos cannot be changed or edited after submission.
• Choose a clear, cute, and appropriate photo.
• We may request age proof from winners. Mismatch in details will lead to disqualification.
• Prizes and participation are only available to Indian users.

General Behavior Rules

• Remain Polite: Respect everyone. Be kind even if others don’t share your views.
• Upload Your Own Work: Do not copy others' work or use third-party photos.
• Moderate Your Content: You are fully responsible for what you publish. We will act if rules are broken.
• Second Chances: Minor offenses may get a warning. Serious violations result in immediate account/photo removal.
• Don’t Upload What Isn’t Yours: Internet/copyrighted content will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned.

Content Safety

• Do not upload any inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe photo content.
• Photos with nudity, suggestive poses, or heavy makeup will be deleted immediately.
• We reserve the right to monitor, modify, or delete such entries in order to protect children.
• Your profile must not contain celebrity/cartoon/TV character images.

Legal & Payment Notes

• Illegal content or behavior will result in account deletion and may be reported to authorities.
• You may buy votes via Paytm, Razorpay, or Paypal. Organizers are not responsible for payment gateway issues.
• No refunds for deleted entries, user errors, or payment mistakes.
